Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 8200 website or app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the user and the 8200 platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age. Account creation or use of the service by minors is strictly prohibited. Users accessing the service from outside Bangladesh are responsible for complying with their local laws.
These terms may be updated at any time. A notice will be posted on the website before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Accurate and complete information must be provided at registration. Each individual may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts will be closed. 8200 may request a National ID or other documents for account verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify us. The account holder is personally responsible for all activity on their account.
The platform may not be used for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes. Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to abuse the system, exploit bonuses, or attempt fraud is strictly prohibited.
In cases of terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity, 8200 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice. Balances on closed accounts will be returned after verification, but any bonuses or rewards will be forfeited.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on 8200 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply. Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Unverified accounts may experience delays in the withdrawal process. Withdrawals are not permitted for bonuses until the applicable rolling requirements have been met.
If a transaction fails, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. 8200 reserves the right to report fraudulent transactions to the relevant authorities. Money laundering and any form of illegal financial activity are strictly prohibited.
Platform Usage Rules & Intellectual Property
Usage Restrictions
All content, design, software, and data on the 8200 platform are the intellectual property of 8200. No part may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Any technical attack, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access attempt on any part of the platform is prohibited.
8200 takes no responsibility for third-party links or services. The decision to visit any external site is entirely the user's own.
Games & Betting Rules
All games and Sports Betting are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) or live data systems. Bets once placed cannot be cancelled. If a technical error causes a bet to be unresolved, 8200 reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount.
Users bear full responsibility for their betting decisions. Results cannot be changed, and 8200 does not accept any complaints regarding outcomes.
